Permanent Pregnancy, Chapter One

Jacy hadn't known what she was really getting in to.  All she knew was it was some kind of medical trial, and being a poor college student, she couldn't resist the money offered.  She'd be there for a week, and come home with ten grand.  She arrived bright and early on the first day, taking a seat in the waiting area.  There were five other girls about her age already there, all nervously trying not to look at each other while filling out their paperwork.   Shortly, a nurse came and led them one by one to exam rooms where they were told to remove their clothing and put on a hospital gown.  She fidgeted while she waited for the doctor.  After half an hour, he arrived.

"You must be Jacy.  I'm Doctor Darrens, it's nice to meet you."  He said, looking up from her chart.  All she could do was smile nervously.

The exam was fairly routine - general physical and gyno exam.  She began to relax a little, until she felt his finger prodding at her asshole, covered in lubricant.  He told her to take a deep breath and pressed his finger deep inside her, wiggling it slightly.  When he pulled out, Jacy breathed a sigh of relief.  It was too soon, though.  He wasn't done with her yet.  She felt something else pushing at her hole, sliding in and starting to inflate.  He saw the worried look on her face and said,
"This is an inflatable enema nozzle.  We have to make sure you're clean."

Jacy had never had anything there.  Her mind raced.  Once the tube was inflated to his satisfaction, he connected it to the bag and hung it from the stand to the side of the table Jacy was laying on.  Her eyes went wide at the sight of it.  It looked like her old red hot water bottle, but twice as big, and it was bulging!  He released the clamp on the tube about half way and shortly she felt the warm water flowing in to her.  It wasn't so bad at first, just strange.  With her head being slightly raised, Jacy could see her belly - normally flat and smooth - begin to raise and round.  He released the clamp the rest of the way and the water flowed faster.  She began to feel full and looked up at the bag.  It was only a quarter of the way empty!  She looked back down at her belly, which by now looked heavily bloated, like she had just eaten a large meal.  The doctor adjusted the stand the bag was hanging from, raising it several inches and again the water flowed faster.  Within minutes, Jacy's belly reminded her of when he sister had been four months pregnant, and she was starting to cramp.

She groaned.  The doctor ignored her.  Her belly continued to grow, the water pressing her flesh outwards.  She glanced up again - the bag was only half empty!  Several more minutes passed and her belly continued to swell.  The cramps were incredibly painful, but no matter how much she groaned, the doctor did nothing but raise the stand again.  Jacy felt like she was going to pop!  Before she knew it, her belly resembled her sister's just before she had given birth, and there was still a quarter of the bag to go!  Jacy could only stare at her belly in disbelief as it continued to grow, the water filling her until she was certain she would pop.  When the bag was empty, the doctor clamped the hose and said,
"I'll be back in ten minutes."
